Shipping & Delivery
We will despatch your order within two working days via Royal Mail. Delivery is currently free of charge to destinations within the United Kingdom and a flat fee of £10 GBP for international orders including Europe. We will email you when it has been despatched - with a tracking number if applicable. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your item please contact us via the Contact Us page or alternatively phone us on 07789 934822 (charged at UK mobile rates.
Stock Availability
Everything you see on The Bag Shop website is in stock and available for immediate delivery. However, new stock is arriving all the time. If you require multiple quantities of an item, please contact us for availability - we will be happy to assist.
Privacy & Security
The Bag Shop takes data security very seriously and makes every effort to ensure our customer transactions and personal data are kept as safe and secure as possible. Your data is only used for order processing and we will NEVER disclose any information you provide us to third parties. We use a Secure HTTP (https) area of the site to store your personal details, implemented with GeoTrust's 128-bit SSL encryption so you can be confident that names and addresses are stored securely. To conform with the very latest PCI-DSS card protection regulations (that came into force on 30th September 2009) we NEVER process or hold any card details directly on-site. All financial processing is carried out by our payment service provider Sagepay who process millions of secure transactions every year.
Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your order up to 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt. You must tell us you are cancelling by letter or email and we will refund the original amount paid. We request you return the items to us within a week and with all original tags on and take reasonable care of the items when they are in your possession. We do not refund the cost of returning an item and recommend you obtain a proof of posting.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is immediate. Prices include UK VAT currently at 17.5%. Terms & Conditions apply to promotional codes. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Please contact us for details.
Viewing Orders
You can view your order by logging in to ‘My Account’ at the top right hand of the page. If you have checked out as a Guest all your order information will be sent to you via email. You can also change the delivery address by logging into your account.
Wishlists
We recommend that Wishlist items are purchased as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Although we endeavour to have sufficient stock we cannot guarantee that Wishlist items will be available indefinitely.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, please log in to the 'My Account' section.
Promotional / Discount Codes
Discount codes can only be applied at time of purchase and only valid for online orders. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Promotional codes can be withdrawn at any time.
